How to make Restaurant Style Chicken Handi Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Fresh Cream 1/4 Cup
- Tomatoes 2 (Chopped)
- Onion 2 (Chopped)
- Ghee/Oil 1/2 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 tsp (Crushed)
- Green Chillies 5
Direction/Method:
- Take a pot add oil and onion and fry it until it becomes into golden brown color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it for 1 minute and then add Tomatoes and stir it and add Chopped Green Chillies, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder and stir it and then add half Coriander Seeds, Kasuri Methi and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add Chicken and Stir it and add 1/2 Cup Water and Stir it and Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that add Yogurt and Stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and then add Coriander Seeds and cream, Garam Masala Powder and stir it and Your Chicken Handi is Ready.
